The recipients are the representative(s) concerned and the town hall agent responsible for follow-up. Your contact details are kept for 13 months after your request has been processed, then deleted. For security purposes, your IP address may be checked and is not kept beyond what is necessary. You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, to be exercised with the town hall.
